JEREMY AZZOPARDI – FOUNDER, DIRECTOR, BLOODSTOCK MANAGER AND SALES
Jeremy has been a business owner and operator for over 30 years with a background in finance and banking and was the founder of a boutique Mortgage Management company. He currently holds a Certificate IV in business, a Certificate IV in finance and banking; a Certificate III in marketing; a MFAA Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Certificate and Attained a MFAA Accredited Mortgage Consultant Certificate.
He fell in love with thoroughbreds at a young age, often attending races at Rosehill Racecourse with his family. Jeremy has been involved in many racehorses and has enjoyed success at the highest level. His love for horses inspired him to pursue a career in the racing industry and Jeremy sold his Mortgage Management company to realise his passion.
His first introduction to his career in the racing industry was a contract with a small boutique syndication company located in Sydney. His contract was a senior management role and entailed procedures, policies, sales and marketing. Some 4 years later the company became a household name and one of the largest racehorse syndicators in Australia. Jeremy was contracted in this senior management role for 9 years, after this time Jeremy decided not renew his contract and open his own syndication company in 2018. His goal was simple, to provide value to his clients in every step of the process from purchase to the racetrack, treating investors as if they aren’t a dollar sign but a part of the family.
KIRSTIAN AZZOPARDI – FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Kirstian Azzopardi has a wealth of experience in all financial aspect of business and currently has a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. For 7 years, Kirstian was the operations manager for Hot Source Enterprises and had key responsibilities in the company. Kirstian has been involved in the Racing industry for many years and has seen her contract for many major syndicators in Australia.
She has worked in Group One Thoroughbreds since its foundation and is a crucial part of the company. She handles everything financial including accounts payable and receivable, sales training, administrative duties for the director and existing clients and is available to contact in relation to your account. She is a friendly, and knowledgeable individual who is always there to help.
JEREMIAH AZZOPARDI – RACING MANAGER
Jeremiah is our Racing Manager and always available for a chat about your horse. He has earned a Certificate IV in Communication’s and Marketing, which demonstrates his proficiency in these areas. Jeremiah is responsible for managing customer relationships.
He has a crucial role in arranging stable visits for our owners, attending racedays. Jeremiah also key responsibilty is to provide regular updates on your racehorse including training, pre training and spelling updates (Audio & Visual), Relevant race information, Including nominations, weights, acceptances and barrier draws. Pre-race and post-race comments from trainers and jockey (Audio & Visual), Delivery of Photos, Video Footage (including Jockey Cam) of your thoroughbred. Trial video links, Race day video links and race results.
